Research Line : Sexual and Reproductive Health

A joint initiative between the HRP Alliance, part of the UNDP/UNFPA/UNICEF/WHO/World Bank Special Programme for Research, Development and Training in Human Reproduction Research (HRP); the UNICEF/UNDP/World Bank/WHO Special Programme for Research and Training in Tropical Diseases (TDR); in collaboration with the WHO Regional Office for the Americas – the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), the Latin American Center for Perinatology, Women’s and Reproductive Health (CLAP); and the Center for Reproductive Health Research in Campinas (CEMICAMP) in Brazil, a regional hub for HRP Alliance Research Capacity Strengthening, announced a 2019 call for low-budget projects aimed at strengthening local research capacity and evidence generation. Of the 62 proposals, 12 were selected. At this moment we are preparing the articles to be published in a special supplement in the PAHO Journal. Below are the selected projects:
